Welcome Carys Parker, Our Summer Pastoral Intern!

We are delighted to welcome Carys Parker to our staff this summer as a part time Pastoral Intern. Carys graduated from Fuller Theological Seminary (MDiv 2022) and is under care of the Seattle Presbytery for ordination. She was one of two students who received the Parish Pulpit award from Fuller that funded her "gap year" in Europe, where she walked a sizable portion of the Camino Del Norte before spending seven months in Glasgow, Scotland. There Carys took a series of ministry preparation courses at Trinity College (The Church of Scotland’s College) and explored as many of the country’s incredible churches, castles and islands as she could. The focus of Carys' internship with us will be on pastoral care and connection. We look forward to the gifts that God is sending to us through Carys between now and early September!
